ASSM will inspect the books and records of the scheme and provide a written, easy to read and easy to follow, strata report to your solicitor.

This report will tell you whether or not the strata scheme has all required books and records, current insurance cover, any building problems, any court orders or applications pending against it and whether the scheme is being run in accordance with the Strata Schemes Management Act allowing you to fully ascertain and assess your intended purchase.
