Our managers can assist with advice on common property, by-law registration, preparation of sample budgets and insurance cover prior to the registration of your strata plans.

Following registration, to assist with the settlement of lots we will order the strata schemes common seal and upon request prepare and issue Certificates under Section 109 of the Strata Schemes Management Act to your solicitors, often with as little as 24 hours notice.

We at ASSM will also at no cost to the developer arrange call and hold the strata schemes Inaugural General Meeting and after the initial period has expired convene and chair the First Annual General Meeting to ensure that all legislative requirements are met.
