At ASSM we manage a wide variety of Commercial and Industrial Strata schemes.

Some of the commercial and industrial premises we manage are as small as a row of individual shops or showrooms to as large as a shopping centre, shopping mall, homemaker centre, medical centre, office complex, factories and warehouse complexes.

Commercial Strata complexes usually have the Model Commercial/ Retail by-laws or they can have their own specially constructed by-laws whereas Industrial Strata Schemes have the Model Industrial by-laws.

It is very important to know that while these by-laws may be similar to that of a residential complex, they do require specialised knowledge to properly and efficiently manage the specific needs of the owners.
